Shipping / Returns
Katama ships domestic orders with your choice of carrier. Once we receive your order your shipment will dispatch within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment. All expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12 PM EST (Mon-Fri) in order to ensure prompt dispatch.
International shipments are dispatched using either USPS or DHL express. Standard delivery time for DHL express is between 2-5 business days, and USPS may be a few days more. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment at the shipper's website. *Please note: ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days on weekdays. We are closed weekends. Tracking numbers are updated when shipments are picked up at the end of the day. If you have not received an email with a tracking number within 48 hours after placing your order, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us as it was received, within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
For U.S Returns
Katama offers free returns with USPS on all domestic orders. A shipping label will be supplied upon request. Once we have received your returned shipment you will be refunded for the total amount.
For International Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Katama. Please select a shipping service with full tracking so you can monitor it's delivery back to us. Katama is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Also, please mark the outside of the packaging "Returned Goods" with your order#. Once we have received your returned shipment you will be refunded for the product(s)' amount.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order from our site and note on your return form your new order# and you will receive a full refund on your original order.
